Cherish Hounslow offers free holistic health and wellbeing support for LGBTQ+ residents
A new community health and wellbeing service is offering free support to LGBTQ+ and Global Majority residents of Hounslow.

Cherish Hounslow, delivered by NAZ in partnership with the London Borough of Hounslow and NHS West London NHS Trust, provides a range of holistic services designed to support mental health and overall wellbeing.
The service includes 12 sessions of one-to-one, couples or group therapeutic counselling, alongside four reflexology treatments.
The counselling provision offers support around a range of issues that can affect mental health and wellbeing, including relationships, identity, self-esteem, depression and the emotional impact of living with HIV.
The addition of reflexology provides another way for participants to focus on relaxation and wellbeing, reflecting Cherish Hounslow’s holistic approach to health.
Supporting Hounslow’s LGBTQ+ community
Cherish Hounslow forms part of NAZ’s wider work supporting communities across London.
With more than 30 years of experience, NAZ has provided culturally specific sexual and mental health services, with a particular focus on communities disproportionately affected by poor sexual, reproductive, HIV and mental health outcomes.
The Hounslow service aims to improve access to support for local LGBTQ+ residents by bringing together therapeutic and holistic wellbeing services in a community-focused programme.
