WLQP Stands with the Trans Community at London Trans+ Pride

On Saturday, we were proud to attend London Trans+ Pride, where a record-breaking 150,000 people came together in an incredible show of solidarity, visibility and support.

It was truly inspiring to see so many people standing alongside our trans siblings and celebrating the strength, resilience and diversity of the trans community. The atmosphere throughout the day was overwhelmingly positive, with a powerful sense of unity and hope.

Our thoughts are also with everyone affected by the tragic incident in Berlin on Saturday evening. It serves as a stark reminder that Pride is, and always will be, a protest. While we celebrate how far we’ve come, there is still so much work to do to ensure LGBTQ+ people can live safely, openly and without fear.

Thank you to everyone who marched, volunteered, organised and showed up. Together, we continue to send a clear message: the trans community is loved, valued and will never stand alone.
