About the event
WLQP are proud to work with Better gym at the Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub, utilising their dedicated workout studio for this all fitness levels class, open to beginners and seasoned gym goers.
Changing rooms and lockers are available but please bring your own padlock if you wish to utilise the lockers. We also recommend that attendees bring their own towel and water bottle.
Please plan your arrival time to ensure you are ready to start your workout at 8pm. Your instructor will demonstrate all activities and guide you through the workout as you work up a sweat and burn calories.
Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger. You’ll perform a testing mix of bodyweight drills and equipment exercises in a chain of circuit training stations that will test your strength, stamina and endurance!
