About the event

We are thrilled to be partnering with the NHS Wellbeing & Recovery College to bring you this two part workshop addressing Social Anxiety.


We receive a number of emails and phone calls from people who are eager to attend our events but are unable to as they experience social anxiety. We want to help you overcome this. 


This two part workshop will first take place online and under the supervision and guidance of the NHS Recovery and Wellbeing College, with the second part being an in person casual meetup. The venue will be confirmed ASAP.


Participants will need to register here and with the NHS Wellbeing & Recovery College (a link will be sent closer to the time).
