Festival of Football '25

February is Football Vs. Homophobia Month of Action, and on the 15th of February, the West London Queer Project is hosting a ‘Festival of Football’ at Grasshoppers RFC in Isleworth. This will be a day to celebrate the beautiful game, bringing communities together, encouraging participation and highlighting the work that still needs to be done to tackle the homophobia in football. What: 6-a-side Tournament When: Saturday 15th February 2025 Time: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm Where: Grasshoppers RFC, Osterley, Isleworth TW7 5PN Cost: Free Keynote speakers will take the stage at around 5 pm, delivering speeches and handing out various prizes, followed by a social with a DJ, food and bar service. The venue is open for all until 12am. We are incredibly proud to be partnering with Brentford, Chelsea and QPR Football Clubs, as well as Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham Councils, to mark this very important occasion.
