About the event
Access to the event will be via 'Hammersmith Road' where you will need to present your tickets on arrival to our security team. where you will be subject to a bag check. Bags checks can happen at anytime, anywhere within the event.
For anyone requiring lift access, this is available and our security staff will sign you in via 'Hammersmith Road'

The festival site is located in Hammersmith. The address is

245 is well served by numerous bus routes and tube stations (Hammersmith ) with step free access.
Event Space and Site
The show takes place at 245 Hammersmith Road, in the 'Urban park'. The area is part grass, with limited hard standing pathways. All activities and stages are situated on the grass area.
Such terrain can become muddy in wet weather and this can limit access or make mobility more difficult. The weather can have a big impact on how easy it is for people to move around the site so please take this into consideration when planning your day.
Although there are some tarmac areas on site, these are not where the stage is (which all stand on grass). Grass area is also on a gradient.
Accessible Entrance
General Admission entrance is at 245 Hammersmith Road, a lift to the 'Urban Park' is situated at another location a short distance from the main entrance. Security will escort anyone who requires the lift to this location.

Seating
The show is standing only. There is some seating across the site however this is limited and is within picnic areas only. Personal chairs and stools are not permitted. If seating is compulsory to your enjoyment of the event due to medical circumstances please contact events@my245.co.uk
Lights
Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights and strobe effects on all stages. Lasers may be used for some performances.
Sound
Due to the nature of the event there will be loud music, if you are sensitive to loud music please bring ear defenders, children should wear ear defenders during the show.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome assistance dogs to the event, as long as they have been specifically trained to assist you, we ask that is they go to the toilet this is disposed of in a bin. Please advise events@my245.co.uk so we can create a pet passport.
Hidden Disabilities
We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. If you would like support or advice once inside the festival our Security Manager will be the main point of contact and is based at the main entrance. Or please contact us in advance with your questions events@my245.co.uk.
Personnel Safety
At 245 we take safety very seriously and during our planning process we work closely with our internal health and safety, Local Authorities and our expert Security Contractor to make sure that our Event Plans takes into consideration all security elements which is not limited to inside the event walls.
Within the festival we have security presence including roaming teams, We also have Welfare provision that is accessible to all customers which offer a safe and comfortable place to raise any concerns or to just take a minute.
We have a very strict policy on prohibited items or illegal activities to ensure the safety of our teams and all patrons. Anyone caught engaging in illegal activities will be asked to leave.
Prohibited items include but are not restricted to Drugs, knives, pepper spray, weapons or any kind, glass bottles (perfume), alcohol / food bought off the premises.
'Ask for Angela' to our security team, should your personal safety feel comprised.
Our security team are available in red high vis at anytime for any questions or assistance.
Children
Are welcome to the event, but must be accompanied by an 18+ year old adult at all times, and must be in possession of a ticket.
Food and Alcohol
No food or alcohol to be brought inside the festival, bars are selling food and beverages. Food or drinks for infants is acceptable.
Lost property
To be handed / retrieved into security .
Confetti canons / smoke canons
Maybe in use by professionals, not to be used but patrons.
Fire Evacuation
In the event of a fire please use the nearest exit and follow the instructions of the 245 security team and fire wardens. This will bring the event to a conclusion.
Hotels / accommodation
Novotel is our partner and is based directly behind 245.
Last admission
8pm and no re entry after this time as the event concludes at 10pm.
Cloakroom
We will not be operating a cloakroom, please only bring what you are willing to carry on your person.
Sustainability
We ask all patrons to leave behind no trace, bins will be provided. If you wish to use glitter we ask it is biodegradable.
Damage to site or others
Those deemed to be causing nuisance or damage will be evicted and prosecuted following an investigation.
